Payment, shipping, and returns:
All payments are made via the PayPal shopping cart, on PayPal’s secure website.
All major credit cards are accepted, along with echecks.
Please note: E-check payments are not shipped until they have cleared your account,
which can take up to 7 days to clear.

Standard Shipping rates are as follows:
You will *usually* receive your order in 1-2 weeks after order is placed
$0.01-$7.99 = $3.95 shipping
$8.00-$19.99 = $5.25 shipping
$20.00-$34.99 = $6.55 shipping
$35.00-$100.00 = $9.35 shipping
$100.01-and up = $12.75 shipping
Priority Shipping rates are as follows:

$35.00-and up = $20.85 shipping
All orders are shipped USPS, UPS, or FedEx with a tracking number & delivery confirmation. You will receive an email when your order has shipped. Your order is shipped between 1 and 7 business days of when order was placed, depending on supply and demand, and what was ordered. Your order is shipped out as fast as it can be. You will be notified if shipping will not take place within two weeks of ordering. Business days are Mon-Fri.
We rely on third parties to deliver your packages to you.

International Shipping rates are as follows:
We’ve recently had to make some changes to our international shipping charges. Shipping internationally has gotten very expensive. We love our international customers and try to do everything possible to keep these charges low.
Standard International Shipping
$0.01-$19.99 = $10.25 shipping
$20.00-$39.99 = $18.15 shipping
$40.00-$100.00 = $26.95 shipping
$100.01-and up = $38.45 shipping
Priority International Shipping
$0.01-$75.00 = $31.25 shipping
$75.01-and up = $42.75 shipping
All international orders are shipped by the United States Postal Service (USPS). Tracking & delivery confirmation are not available, except on Priority International Shipping. Your order is shipped between 1 and 7 business days of when order was placed, depending on supply and demand, and what was ordered. Your order is shipped out as fast as it can be. If international packages get lost, you will need to “investigate” through your country’s postal service. We can only guarantee timely & safe handling of your package while

Returns:
Your items are shipped fresh and new. Select items are not made until they are ordered, and all products are carefully inspected for quality. If there is a problem with your order, you must notify me via email within 3 days of receiving. Shipping charges are non-refundable. You must pay return postage on items being returned by you.
Refunds are made through PayPal. Some items are non-returnable.

Please Note:
Please be sure you are ordering the right item and quantity. Returns are only made when an incorrect item was shipped or the item was not what you expected. If an item was damaged during shipment -- then a replacement will be sent to you at no charge. If you order too many of any
item, these extras are not subject to return. Whatever the reason for returning items, the 3 day notification still applies. You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to schedule a return. After this time, returns or exchanges are not allowed.
